Food was great for a reasonable price. It was very clean and in a very cool building. Service was excellent. Nothing to complain about, will be returning.
First I have celiac disease so I need a GF option when picnicking out a place to dine. Found this place highly recommended on my "Find Me Gluten Free App" . You could have any pizzas made with the GF crust. Also they carry a GF beer. It's built in what used to be an old cinema theater. Nice high ceiling lots of room even for a big group. We had 9 people: 7 adults & 3 kids. All the pizza is wood fired in an open kitchen so you can see all the action. Full bar with many local beer in rotation. My daughter got the Teton SM Batch Craft made Root-beer that she really liked. Also the sugar is not as high as in many other root beers in SB. Staff were friendly and helpful. If recommend this place for good Hand Fired Pizza.
Ambiance, service, and food were all really good! I like the two pizza ovens framing the back of the space, especially with the tall ceilings! Great use of space! My wife and I ordered the mixed green salad and squashed pizza. Both came out very fast, within 10 minutes of ordering! We're in Jackson for two nights, and are considering coming back tomorrow since everything was so good! Should note we arrived at 7pm on a Monday night late March, and there was no wait. We wish we had a space like this back at home.
What a treat. Ordered pita and veggies, then 2 pizzas and watched it cooked in the wood oven. This spot is a JH must. Come and get it! We took a shuttle from our hotel, because parking is a challenge in the downtown area. This is a 5 star pizzzzzaaa stop.
We popped in here for a late lunch after the Astoria hot springs. The pizza was pretty good. The dough was light and fluffy with a nice taste. The sauce and cheese weren't bad just not special. We did like the jalapeño and pepperoni combo!
Would recommend dinner or lunch at Hand Fire. I had the extra peppy funghi but subbed arugula for jalapeño. My boyfriend had the chew baca and added pepperoni. We both loved our pizzas individually. We went for dinner and ordered personal (12") pizzas and then the next day shared a larger (16") pizza for lunch. I would recommend dinning in, as our take out pizza for lunch was arguably not as good unfortunately.
Yoda pizza here is out of this world. We ordered the Chewbacca pizza, and it was delicious. It had the hot honey on it which balances out with the saltiness of the cheese and meat. The Kale salad was great. It had a unique sauce to it that I never tasted before. One order was enough for 4 people to split as a side. The other pizza we had was the elote pizza. We tried it with the non dairy mozzarella, and it didn't seem like it tasted any different. It was also tasty. Loved the feeling of this restaurant. It was an old movie theater that converted into a pizza restaurant. Very unique feel to it. The lighting makes you feel like you're in a movie setting and it makes dinners here feel more special. The servers are very nice as well and chatting us up with personal stories.
Great restaurant! We were so happy to find an entire vegan / plant based menu in addition to their existing menu. We had some great pizzas. Service was friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was nice.
